THE GREAT HALL

Rejoice! The Great Hall now stands complete!

I learn by doing, so this whole project took many months more than I would've liked.  That time was an investment in muscle memory. My hands now move with more confidence. I look forward to the next MetalWulf project with huge enthusiasm.

What I learned by building Heorot Hall? Stay with it. No matter what. Just keep going. You'll want to quit, you'll want to throw your hands up and start over. Just keep going! You can do it! If you have an idea that overwhelms you, calmly go through the steps. 

SWEET MEAD

To celebrate, my lovely wife made her impossibly delicious lamb stew, which we washed down with mead! Just like the Mighty Danes of Heorot Hall! Har Har!

You'll notice the mead is served in a chilled Medieval Times chalice! That's class!
